Happy Arndale Founders Day!
Today we give thanks for the vision that began back in 2018, when the idea of Arndale City, and therefore the Cathedral, first took root — and for all the creativity, community, and dedication that has shaped it ever since.

Tonight, the Cathedral marks the occasion with Festal Choral Evensong at 8.00 pm, celebrating our history and looking ahead to the future with joy and hope.

Arndale 2.0 is on the horizon…
Work is already underway on the next chapter for our city. More details will be coming very soon — and there will be plenty of opportunities to get involved, whether in building, planning, or behind-the-scenes work.

Thomastide Midnight Liturgy – Feast of St Thomas the Apostle
Tonight at 11.30 pm in the Cathedral Nave, we will mark the Feast of St Thomas with a special Midnight Liturgy.

St Thomas, remembered for his honest questioning and profound confession of faith—“My Lord and my God”—is the patron of Arndale Cathedral. For many years, this community has looked to his witness as a reminder that doubt and faith often walk together, and that truth is revealed to hearts that seek with courage.

This service forms part of our annual Thomastide observances, giving thanks for the life and legacy of the apostle who inspires our mission and our prayers.

This service will be streamed in Discord, and on YouTube.
